Perfect small hotel!

February stay”

Small clean room, comfy bed. Cleaning staff is great. Night check in was good too. Morning crew was just ok. Simple to go breakfast...skip it...there is deli nextdoor. The great features are pool, heated....as a swimmer I love this. Few chairs though, they fill up. Nice bar in the lobby, but happy hour comes and they are undestaffed. Towels and beach chairs provided....Beach is just few minutes walk. So is a buss stop and bike rental. Overall good value.

A Lovely Clean Hotel”

Probably not the place I would choose to spend a week in but for a few nights this is a fab joint.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly to our needs and booking our tours. ”

What stood out was the genuine disposition of all the staff there and their focus to details.

Perfect stay, quiet, good room and great location”

Completely satisfied about my stay at Circa. The hotel is perfectly located just 1 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are quiet and the pool is nice. Parking is without valet and you have your own clicker to go out whenever you want. Excellent experience and thanks to the staff who was very helpful to plan my activities.

love the have a bar and cafe, and close to everything but away from the craziness of ocean drive, there portion of the beach was beautiful.

The gym needs a treadmill & stretching mat but it adequate & open 24 hrs. You get a free beach chair but have to pay $15 for an umbrella (which you need). It is about a 1 hr walk from the main restaurants but you can take a bus. A convenient store is right next door

We travelled in the school spring break which makes the area very busy. The Circa 39 Hotel is about a 30 minute walk or 10 minute free trolley ride to Lincoln St. If you don’t like crowds and don’t mind excessive noise till the early hours of the morning the hotel is perfect. We were so happy we could visit the sights of the South Beach area but stay in a hotel that we could get a good night sleep. The rooms are big and clean, there is a courtyard for guests to use as well as a good pool area. We didn’t use the restaurant so I can’t comment except to say the meals and prices looked ok. We actual used the cafe deli next door which is very busy for breakfast and snacks and the hotel is only 40 meters to the beach which supplies day lounges for hotel guests. There was small problem for the other couple we booked for but The Manager Bryant was very helpful as was all the staff. I would be rebooking this hotel if we returned to Miami.
