Great location right in Ocean drive. The beach is right across the road. There is a CVS located right next door and a liquor store about a 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. Room was very clean and hotel was quiet.

The only place to stay on south beach”
I didn't get the guys name (again) but the manager with the shaved hair and mustache/beard combo.. original south beach swag as I call it... is the TRUTH. We had an issue with our bed types last time.. like a year ago. Not their fault, the booking company's. Anyway... my man remembered me a year later. Warm, welcoming... I won't ever stay anywhere else when I come to south beach.

I don’t recommend place really my mother and two sisters got a horrible room 209 and toilet was clogged, door wouldn’t shut and a cockroach was in there room. They moved them but still should not be there. Our room was fine we staying for 2 nights only. They need bigger trash can only small one in bathroom. Beds are small so me and my boyfriend had to sleep separately not a bit deal but yeah and beds are not that comfy but we managed.

Great location ”
I read so many bad reviews , so I was a little scare to book. But I’m glad I did. The room is small but a good size for 2-3 people. The room newly remodeled very nice. Large screen tv. The bathroom super small but it does the job. But great location, walking distance to bars and restaurant. CVS right next door. If u not looking for anything super fancy, I recommend this place.

Front desk faculty was super helpful and friendly. Welcoming us with champagne was delightful. The ocean drive view was beautiful. House keeping was friendly and kept up with our bed . I wish the shower was more clean. And the floors were a little dirty. Cvs being next door was super convenient. Wish the restaurant downstairs was cheaper. Overall great experience! 9.5/10 !! Spring break approved!

This hotel is right on collins across from the beach with a 24 hour cvs next door. There’s no amenities like free breakfast a pool or a gym , this is for someone who doesn’t care about the room itself cause they don’t plan on staying in the room for long. The room itself was very clean & the front desk staff was very helpful.

I was told that no survice in room, seams now not enough stuff ( explaining that COVID is a reason).So no change bed ( at least now).Room is tiny , clean. For family of 2 on budget and only to come to sleep . No luxury or even water in room in such hot climate. Pluses- location on ocean, renovated , clean , May be future would be survice better .

The location for this hotel was excellent. It is on ocean drive in south beach and for the price you can't beat it. A couple of things that they need to work on. The rooms are small but I wasn't concerned with that since it was mainly used to sleep, change and clean up. you don't go to South beach to stay in the room the whole time. It saidd it had an iPod cock which there was none. The hotel doesn't have an ice machine which would help. The doors to the rooms are less to be desired. When you close them there wasn't a real good seal. You could shove the door really hard and it would open when it was closed. This is very old hotel. It was built in the 30's so it definitely needs to be upgraded. They are working on it but after 80 years you'd figure it would be by now.

Nice location, lots to do, close to beach”
I loved the location of this hotel, plenty of restaurants close by and the beach is just across the street. We just so happened to be in town Super Bowl weekend and all the festivities were airing directly across the street! That was a bonus for us!! The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was very CLEAN. We paid a premium rate because of Superbowl, not that we were attending, we stayed here because we were boarding a cruise on Sunday. The location was very close to the port, and it was an easy cab ride. The downside for me was the bed which was very uncomfortable, and noisy every time you move and had sheets that did not fit properly and kept slipping out of place. The other downside was the lack of tabletop space in the room as there was no place to put anything such as toiletries and all the wares most of us travel with. There was a nightstand that was fairly generous, then a small dorm-sized refrigerator. The bathroom had no counters pace as well, just the top of the
