在agoda预定时，房间注明是两张大床，其中一张是queen size，一张是king size,但到酒店后，只给了两张queen size的房，并说酒店根本没有一张queen size、一张king size的房。很明显有人在说谎。

地理位置好，房间一般”

地理位置不错，近海滩，有泳池，门口购物方便。就是房间有点旧。有洗涤剂的味道。但是酒店对面的街道吃东西，买日常用品比较方便。有很多可以选择。门口的bus站，可以到不少地方。 也有的士。

many extra fees”

ridiculous hotel many policies and many extra fees even for breakfast,I did the breakfast book included but arriving in the restaurant just was included bread and butter and to eat eggs I need to pay extra fee,sincerely I have not seen this one before and if i want to eat full breakfast table I would need to pay extra money ,hotel staff are not gentle and many times upset with the life.

Hair balls on every floor hallway. Lack of any extra items (even for purchase- like toothbrush or a sewing kit), a concierge that only speaks Spanish. Bellman who barely offer to help with your luggage when you arrive. Also...bring earplugs....VERY thin walls. Ocean front room would be your only way to go here

Majorly disappointed. ”

We arrived later on in the evening. The staff were not helpful and unclear about extra charges. We paid $25 each per day for 'facilities' - I'm still not sure what these were exactly as when we went down to the beach the staff member there wouldnt even get us sunbeds out so we had to sit on the sand. The pool wasn't clean and neither was our bathroom, the whole place seemed rundown and in dire need of TLC. We paid extra for the ocean front view which was the only perk although there was only one chair on our balcony ... even check out was awkward and we had to pay to leave our luggage which is a service I would expect to be included after paying so much to stay there. There was a desk in reception offering some sort of deal while staying at the hotel (possibly a timeshare deal) but the staff there were unwilling to speak to us and only seemed interested in the spanish speaking guests.

very unpleasant ,everything is old , smell humidity all over the place , ceiling tiles in the lobby falling and water stain on top of it all very pricy !

Good”

We did early check in without problem, people was kind and gentle. The room was Good, but air conditioner is too noisy, i don't like having open Parties inside, not good for sagety and relax. The view was perfect and romatic............. All good. I will came back Good location for relax, no shopping around. Good ingormation. Clean

A Little Deceiving”

So-so. The photos were very deceiving. It looked gorgeous, and I am not sure if it was from exhaustion, but the lobby looked fantastic. However that ended the minute I walked to the elevators which were poorly maintained, the minute I landed on my floor the smell of the musty carpet was overwhelming to say the least. The bed was okay, but everything looked dated, and it was not very clean.

Convenient location for a stay in Miami Beach”

The hotel is a bit run down and tired. Room was satisfactory, but bathroom very small and shower needed updating - not very powerful and mouldy shower head. We had a hire car and wanted to park. The hotel offers no parking despite it's size, but said we could park for $30 a day in a car park around the corner. When asked if this was the only option we were told yes. However, we found free parking only 2 blocks away!

Too far from main beach area”

Hotel is on the beach however for younger travellers looking for a more busy area stay in south beach. Deauville is a decent taxi ride away from south beach restrautants and nightlife. Hotel room has very old tv, dodgy electrics but other than that was clean. Ocean view was nice. Food by the pool was terrible, uncooked chicken however the restaurant in the hotel was much nicer with a great breakfast. I think this hotel is better suited for families.

Great Setting and outdoor areas”

The hotel amenities (pool and beach) were great. The views from the rooms - unbeatable! However the rooms themselves were just a little tired - they need a little bit of renovation work (i.e. new carpets, paint, etc). Apart from that the room was comfortable and reasonable for what you paid.

The room is big and has nice view. If the owner spends time and money to remodel this hotel, It will be a very great hotel.

Wonderful hotel near the beach”

Very nice hotel right near the beach with spacious and comfortable rooms and a beautiful view. the rooms were in good conditions and clean.

Reasonable hotel ”

The hotel was on a good spot very nice view city view or sea view many options.Nice pool area was one min walk(not even one min)to the beach,clean hotel,stuff was okey but i was expecting more friendly stuff and more happy and lively.Nice good gym,free wi-fi but not any free computers to use tho.Area isnt bad aswell many buses go through so you can go around like south beach,miami city e.t.c.... Got goor servise aswell with trips and shuttle mini vans to the airport.
