Best hotel I've ever been to so far! ”
Really love the hotel! Located in a very nice location, it's very close to many tourist places. Breakfast was amazing! Nice view. Have no complaint at all. We went for Christmas dinner course at Rubrica and it was also amazing. Highly recommend it!

Great hotel at Jungmun area”
There are 2 buildings in the hotel area, the hill suite building and the main building. We incorrectly entered the suite area and the staff kindly informed us to check in at the main building instead, and helped with our luggage. Staff is helpful and polite. Room is spacious with great facilities. Hotel facilities are open til late at 10pm e.g heated swimming pool, kids club (kids will love playing here for hours), gym. There is also 24hr convenience shop within the hotel compound.

Perfect and spacious rooms. Very clean. Kind staff. Live music in the lobby at evenings was dreamy. The garden was a must see, especially at night. Heated pools, and sauna was excellent.

too loud hotel..”
It's too loud a hotel for a couple to travel. The music heard in the central lounge until 11 p.m. was noise and I couldn't sleep well. It is an accommodation with many children and travelers, and it is not soundproof at all, so the sound of the next room can be heard as it is.

Highly recommend! ”
Hotel was brand new in modern contemporary deco and well maintained. Facilities were excellent, and opened late for guests and children. My kids loved the kids club they were there every day. Concierge, porter, front desk staff, eat20 and health club staff were all well trained and excellent in service.
