When you pull up to the hotel DO NOT park at the lot next to the building! We arrived two hours before check in and the gentleman working the desk said NOTHING 😳 After the welcome there should have been a brief question from him to us! Did you park in the lot next to the building? Yes we did … and did you pay? No we didn’t pay … you might want to move your vehicle because it can be towed IMMEDIATELY!!! Thank you Lord for my husband asking about restaurants within walking distance. The gentleman gave us some restaurant suggestions and an option to leave our bags at the desk… my husband took him up on the offers and 7 mins later… To our surprise the tow truck was backing in the extra small parking lot about to hook the rental!! The tow truck driver told my husband he still needed to pay for parking because a camera’s monitoring the lot! You’ll be charged $150 for non-payment 😳🤯 I’m not sure if the humidity in Florida causes a mildew smell in the builds… I had a headache (string in the hotel lobby, and our room). Our bed was practically on the floor … when you stand almost six feet tall as a woman that’s a long way down! My husband is 6’2 so he’s feeling the pain. The lady working from 4pm-midnight was sweet and very pleasant ☺️👍🏾

One of the best hotels around for a budget, been here for a month going hotel to hotel in south beach, and this seemed pretty comforting clean etc only problem my room had no fridge thus the 4 stars, other then that no complaints

Solid 3 Stars (but not a 3 star hotel) ”
This place would probably be considered a 1 star hotel, very much a budget accommodation straddling the line between motel and hostel, although you wouldn't know it from the pricing during events. Over my first couple of days, I got over my initial disappointment with what the property doesn't have; I realized the Greenview isn't so bad due to the excellent location. The mattresses are reasonably supportive and the linens OK, although the rest of the room is in dire need of a deep clean and renovations. Wi-Fi works well, and the staff is accommodating. Resort fee should NOT be charged as there are basically zero amenities. Overall this gets a pass, but with some better attention to cleanliness and some sprucing up, this could be a charming little boutique.

Lamento que no haya tenido una buena experiencia con su habitacion, estuvimos revisando y la habitacion que reservada fue la que le otorgamos, sabemos que solicito una de discapacidad pero lamentablemente por la alta ocupacion en la propiedad la misma ya habia sido reservada por otros huespedes, lamentamos el fallo con el ascensor en su utlimo dia de estadia, y agradecemos mucho el haber señalado este tipo de fallas ya que nos permiten mejorar y evitar que vuelvan a suceder. Esperemos que nos de otra oportunidad para su proxima estadia.

Ligging van het hotel is goed om rechtstreeks naar het strand te gaan, om te shoppen,met voldoende restaurants in de omgeving en op loop afstand van de art deco district.Hotel heeft gratis airport vervoer en gratis handdoeken en ligzetels op het strand .De WIFI is ook goed.Het ontbijt bestaat uit croissants en andere boterkoeken en is te ontbijten in de inkomhal of buiten met koffie thee en fruitsap.In vergelijking met andere gelijkwaardige hotels in de buurt is het een van de beste.
