不小心在agoda和booking同时定了酒店，酒店前台美女发邮件给我，翻译成中文哦，告诉我请立即取消，不然会有损失，因为那时候已经在济州岛玩了，没来得及操作，查了booking软件上也是显示没有这个订单，最后到了前台他帮我耐心的处理，反复叮嘱，这个单子是不可取消，但是他可以帮助我无损取消，身材超级好，英语也熟练，关键超级热心，好喜欢！

Worst and Worst and Worst Ever”
This is the worst experience i ever had travelling in different countries around the world and the bad thing is, in a 1 star hotel like this. Staff are very rude especially the old lady at the dining who serves the breakfast and seriously i did not enjoy the meal ever i did not even claimed my breakfast on the 2nd day and checked out early on the 3rd day to leave this place. No housekeeping was made from the day i checked in. My room was a mess because of the garbage. The bowl at the CR when i checked in was seriously dirty. No changing of beddings, toiletries and no water was provided on my 3rd night. Well, i even requested for a water on my 2nd night when i arrived back at the hotel around 11pm. What i can’t forget is how they treat their guest in a very small dining area where the breakfast they serve is not a usual breakfast from other hotels i stayed in my entire life. This old lady from the dining instructed their front desk staff to talk to me and ask me to transfer from a different table (take note: while I’m eating) they want me to move to a small table. How rude is that right? Well, this old lady is doesn’t understand and don’t know how to speak english at all. SHAMMED ON YOU PEOPLE. I will never recommend this hotel to the business community whenever they visit jeju. And i will never go back at this hotel. Ever!!!!! Suggestion: Go get a hospitality training it might help.

Hello, Mr Robert. First of all, thank you for taking your time to review our hotel. We always humbly accept criticism from our guests, but we never accept black lies. We are going to bring this issue really seriously because this kind of attitude may cause troubles to other properties too. The following are the objective facts about your stay. 1. We informed you that housekeeping is available if you leave your room before 1p.m. more than two times, but you never left your room before 1p.m.. to prevent the complaints with no reason, I called your room but still you didn't leave your room. 2.You were absolutely not eating when you were told to move. At that morning, there are a few people waiting in line but you occupied a table for four people and doing your job with your laptop after you'd finished your breakfast. So we politely asked you a favor to move to the smaller table but you got furious for some reasons. You can check above through our CCTV and room management software

Harbor hotel is easy walking distance from Ferry terminal 7 (from Wando). It is also comfortable walk to Dongmun market area. There are 2 buses running nearby hotel. Keep in mind Jeju is fairly hilly once you leave the coastal roads. Facility is modern, well kept, clean. Fairly good choices, mostly healthy, for breakfast. Parking available. Many restaurants nearby. All front desk staff speak English and very helpful. Our room has harbor view on high floor, good choice to have. Would choose this hotel again.

service has to be improved ”
the hotel facilities are ok. the first receptionist hardly speaks any English. the second one speaks sufficient English and was helpful. the third one didn't want to answer in English but understood some English. check-in time is 03:00 pm. we arrived 5 minutes earlier and were not allowed to start the check-in. we had to leave 5 min prior to breakfast time, which is at 07:30 and asked for a lunch box or take some food with us upon arrival, since breakfast is included. they refused to do any of these for us. service attitude has to be improved. we got the feeling that the staff don't really care for the needs of the guest.

급 여행 결정되면서 저녁비행기로 도착해 제주시내근처 숙소 알아보다가 평이 좋아서 예약했습니다. 위치가 우선 너무 좋았고 주차장 어렵다고 하셨는데 생각보다 자리가 많더라구요. 숙소도 깔끔하고 있을거 다 있어서 부족함 없었습니다. 암막커튼 제대로 쳐져서 아침에도 꿀잠잤습니다. 조식패키지였는데 아침에 준비하다보니 식사시간 지나서 내려갔는데도 친절하게 스프도 다시 데워주시고 식사할수 있게 배려해주셨는데요, 여기 방문하시는 분들 스프 꼭 드세요. 안먹고 나왔으면 후회했을것같습니다 ㅎㅎ 스프 맛집이에요 ㅎㅎ 조식도 큰 기대 안했는데 빵이랑 시리얼이랑 과일 샐러드까지 알차게 구성되어있습니다. 리셉션 직원분이 여러모로 참 친절하셔서 감사했어요. 다음에 또 제주공항 근처에서 숙박하게 된다면 재방문의사 있습니다.

9월11일이 생일인 엄마를 위해 아들과 같이 연차휴가를 써서 온 제주여행 도착하자 렌트차가 맘에 안들어 화가난 아들 숙소는 제가 잡았는데 숙소까지 맘에 안들면 어쩌나 했는데 아늑하고 깨끗해서 너무 조았습니다. 초저녁에 도착했지만 코로나로 저녁을 사와서 먹었는데 남은 음식물 찌거기도 감사하게 치워 주시고 정말 4박동안 매일 청소도 해주시고 감사했습니다. 다음에도 제주가면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다.

1박 가볍게 묶을 예정이여서 급하게 잡았는데 가격도 저렴하고 깔끔하고 친절하세요! 전실 금연이라서 담배냄새가 일도 없어서 좋았습어요~ 저희는 도시쪽 뷰였는데 체크아웃할때 보니 반대쪽 바다뷰가 이뻤어요!! 다만 단점이라면 다른 방 소리는 안들라는데 복소 소리는 들리네요~ 하지만 저녁시간에 다들 조용하셔서 불편함 없이 묶고왔어요~ 추천합니다~~~
