This is a love hotel. It should say so in the promotion. They offer overnight stays, but who wants to be staying in a place where most guests are just popping in for a good time? Better to stay in a proper hotel.

I had to go to Tokyo and this hotel was easygoing so, I choose this hotel but I didn’t know that’s a love hotel. By the way, everything in the room was good except the bed. And if you’re women, please come with your friend cause around there at night so dangerous. (I mean there’s a lot of club) Nice service.

Near to both subway and JR stations, cheap price, I'm happy enough. All rooms are smoking rooms but you can request for air fresheners. Overall good enough for situations when you have limited options.

Good value for money for what you get”
I was initially hesitant about this hotel due to its bad reviews, but due to the lack of cheap options during New Year Eve and New Year Day, I took the plunge and booked the room. For the price of +-USD$55 a night for a private double room near the station on the Yamanote Line as well as metro line? WOW!!!!! Really, you don’t get any more value for money than this. Additional pros - separate toilet, sink and shower rooms make your grooming sessions so much more comfortable. The free WiFi was fast and I had zero problems with it. Cons - ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKING ROOMS (regardless of what Agoda says). However, the smell is quite faint as they deodorises the rooms routinely. If you are still sensitive to the smell of smoke, theres free deodorisers and an air filter in the room. There is also pretty remarkable platform height between the washing areas and the bedroom, so maybe it may not be suitable for young children or people with limited mobility. All in all, recommended.

五反田風俗街のプレイルーム”
ここはラブホテル！ダブルルームで予約するが実際はセミダブルと称したシングルルーム。このサイトの掲載条件の隙間を突いた商売をしている。ホステルであるのにホテルでヒットさせるような手口。悪質な商法と実感した。

한국인분들 후기찾아보시면 이거보세요 일단 여기 러브호텔이더라고요 일본어를 몰라서 그냥 예약했는데 가보니까 확실히 러브호텔이라 커플분들에게만 추천해요 가족단위는 안좋을거같고 무조건 커플만 가는걸 추천.. 청결이나 서비스 사람들은 좋았어요!
