If u plan on staying all day in a hotel, i recommend here.. u can have ur own oven, ref, electric kettle, toilet/bathtub. just bring ur own food.. they don't have free coffee/tea though😅 glass and cup are available..

Location is good, just opposite of the bus terminal where easy to access to both airport in Tokyo. Also, Subway station is just front of it too. Weak point is, not much nice gourmet around...

This was a great little room which served it's purpose to a tee.”
I was travelling with my 14yr old son and needed a place for a single night in Tokyo before moving on. It was a 2min walk from one of the main stops for the VCat bus we court from Narita. The room itself was Japanese in absolute essence; tiny yet functional, practical and clean as a whistle. It had a subtle smell of smoke, but nothing alarming, even for a lifetime non-smoker as myself. The bathroom was super compact for someone of my size (6' & 220lbs - 183cms & 107kgs), yet I had no issues. Not to mention they were cleaner and in better condition than many 3 or 4 star places I've stayed back home for twice the price. A tad noisy in the morning in terms of passing traffic, but not at issue through the night for a light sleeper like myself and my son was snoring until I shook him awake. A room on a upper level may help with that. All in all, I wish I had two more hands, so I could give it four thumbs up :)

20 minute train ride from all the tourist-y things. Had a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. The rooms are small but completely fine for someone who just needs a place to sleep and shower. Staff was very nice and helpful.

客室の清掃”
客室内の清掃が行き届いておらず、移動式のテーブルを動かすと埃が溜まっていたりした。浴室においては排水溝が詰まっておりシャワーを浴びた際に排水が遅く浴槽内に洗い流したお湯が残ってしまっていた。また、洗面台に置いてあったコップの底に黒い付着物が見受けられた。 全体を通してあまり清掃が行き届いていないように感じました。
