The pictures definitely overemphasize the facilities. The bathrooms were really nice but the overall hotel was just meh. The bed was soft but the sheets weren’t. My husband and I called them the sandpaper sheets…. I know Miami is hot and humid. When we got into our room it almost looked like something flooded or leaked from all the moisture on the ground. We had to use a towel to wipe it up. Hotel wasn’t bad but for the hundreds of other ones in Miami I’d stay at a different place next time.

Mixed Emotions”

The hotel room and housekeeping attendant was wonderful yet there were those things that stopped me from raving about this almost great hotel. We didn’t care so much that the elevator wasn’t working- it was that we spent so much money on the room and had to walk through the back alleyway around the stinky garbage dumpsters and up the crappy stairway to get to our newly renovated hotel halls and pristine Scandinavian design room. The first day- ok no big deal but by day 3 we were pretty irritated by this ugly way to our room. The Lavazza coffee machine was amazing! Just what we wanted. Bathroom- stunning. Bed, incredibly comfy we slept like babies. Management though for this hotel never responded to emails sent before we could traveled on safety concerns nor did they get back to Agoda when we asked if they would honour a refund on our non-refundable booking after being too scared to travel to Miami from NY when we learned of the chaos and danger that was happening during spring break. We only decided to travel last minute after a friend reassured us we’d be fine now that there was a curfew. So 0 stars for customer service prior to arriving.

It was a great experience for my birthday. Nice and clean room, reasonably priced. Very near to the beach. Excellent stuff and good food in the restaurant next to the hotel. I will recommend to anyone.

Best location to feel and enjoy Miami Beach with good restaurant with nice music. A bit expensive though. Friendly staff. Guarantee convenient, enjoyable and comfortable time in Miami.

From the moment we arrived in the lobby we were greeted by smiling and warm faces. The concierge staff were professional, polite and courteous. We arrived from a early flight and were given our room keys without any problems. We did have a minor issue with one of the rooms and were quickly compensated with a complimentary bottle of wine and an apology for the very minor issue. The hotel is immaculate and spotless clean. We were in room 205 which was over looking the courtyard. I did read reviews about the music being a problem, but we slept so well and it didn't bother us at all. I loved everything about this hotel and can not wait to stay again. If you are considering staying here don't hesitate just hit the pay button......

Off-season couple ”

The front desk staff were so kind and informative. They were so helpful and pleasant. The only down side was the wear and tear of the hotel. They need a revamp soon if they want to keep charging the prices that they do.
