Hotel Victor is not good for the money”

They dont tell you there's a $300 surcharge or hold. The toilet seat was disgusting. The room doesn't worth the money you pay.

A week stay”

Found my go to hotel, it’s the best hotel on the strip. I didn’t have a single issue with the hotel, everything was a smooth process and will definitely stay at this hotel when going back to Miami.

Well done Hotel Victor”

this was my third stay the Hotel Victor. It is right on ocean drive and across the street from the beach/ocean. The rooms are large for south beach, well decorated, and the views are amazing. the front desk team was ok - not great. The pool is small but has a bar and is a nice way to unwind post beach. There is a full gym and a restaurant attached.

Excellent hotel, fantastic location”

Loved this hotel. Great location on South Beach. Room large and very modern. Wonderful views. Staff very helpful. Parking is expensive at $42 per day but it’s same everywhere. South Beach is great place to visit but very pricey, especially restaurants.

the only complaint i have is the miscommunication regarding the use of amenities and fees associated with it, e.g. use of wifi, sauna, etc...there are fees that are not disclosed upon checkin. it would have been nice to know that i was being charged for these things regardless if i used them or not.

Good hotel near beach”

If you want a beach location, this is not the place. It is close to the beach, but still the street in front - and very expensive for what you really get. All the fancy drapes and dim lights of a Thompson hotel - but way overpriced compared to what you get at hotels directly at the beach, just a few blocks up the road

Good location but a little run down”

the overall service at this hotel was very poor. this included staff at the spa, restraurant, bar and front desk. i only came across on bell boy would had a brain and a personality.

Enjoyable stay at Hotel Victor”

This was our first time at the Victor. Upon checking in and getting to our room, we were captivated by a different feel of this hotel compared to everything else we ever stayed at. The room is decorated in French style. The balcony overlooks the beautifully shaped pool. You can see things happening at the pool, and conversely those at the pool can see you. Unless you shut the curtains a bit. We spent lots of time at the pool deck, which oevrlooks the Ocean Drive and beach. It was fantastic to dine poolside, seating on a lounge covered w/ umbrella, and observe people walking the Ocean Drive. You don't have to go to the street walk, it's all happening right there in fron of you. It was really sad when it was the time to leave. Will definitely come back.

Gut gelegenes Hotel am Ocean Drive”

Wir hatten eine Victor Suite gebucht und vorgängig bezahlt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unsere Buchung für ein normales Zimmer war und darauf wurde stur bestanden, obwohl wir vom Reiseveranstalter eine klare Buchungsbestätigung vorlegten. Die Rezeption-Angestellten waren nicht sehr korporativ, hingegen das Personal beim Valet-Parking und der Bellboy waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer (lag leider vis-a-vis Hauptlift) war gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet sowie sauber. Das Hotel kann empfohlen werden, nur schon wegen der tollen Lage.
