Great hotel ”
The rooms are a good big size with plenty of space to unpack. Clean, comfortable and a great view of Hallasan from the window (on good weather days). Location is good if you want to be close to things in Seogwipo city, easy walk to food street, market and Lee Jung-seop house and bus stops that take you everywhere. Also, it's opposite the end of Olle trail number 6. Staff were very friendly and helpful and some did speak English. The only problem we had was that the wifi wasn't that good and was quite slow and sometimes disconnected. Other than that, highly recommend and would stay again!

Clean room and good place”
The room is very clean . The staffs are friendly. Location is also good. However, one thing is only allow guests who stay more than 3days to use the washing machine is bad.

As you mentioned, the washing machine is free to use for the guest staying over 3 nights. But still it's possible to use for the other guests if they pay for it (which is 3,000 won included one detergent and a drying rack). pros - clean room and toilets - washing machine - small table cons - very small room for 4 people - tiny double bed - no aircon in mid March, stuffy and no circulation, window only open slightly - no drying rack . got to request for it then a small low faulty rack is given - only 2 chairs and 2 cups in a room for 4 people - gotta buy detergent - no shops and eating places nearby but there is convenience store - 2 hotels in one building

Great location! Well equipped room, just that the aircon strangely would cut off at a certain temperature which made the room stuffy and the staff couldn't resolve too. Mr Park gave excellent service and even called up the taxi driver to ensure I was safely on my way to pick up my rental car. Perfect 10 for Mr Park!

Strange room rules”
We stayed 3 nights, was shocked to know they provide 4 small towels for shower. Though I managed to nudge them for proper towels, have to accept no change of fresh towels for the entire stay. It is also weird no room cleaning service due to COVID, we have to leave trash at door each morning and then pick drinking water. Such a pathetic way to treat guests, it’s obviously cost savings to management. We are also not supposed to eat food related to lobster, Chinese cuisine and soup cuisine. Paid for room with Hallasan view but room 422 is facing building. It is also not right for hotel to promote room with kitchen facilities since they imposed strict house rules.

The rooms are nice and comfortable but some staff at the front desk not friendly. I just stay there because it is next to my friend's bar that I visit.

Room is clean and spacious. If you want to use the washing machine, you have to pay 3000 KRW and collect the drying rack. Sufficient car parks. They do not provide bath towel, only many many hand towels are given which is a little bit weird. We had to purposely enquire at the front desk for them to provide us. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Comfortable stay”
Stayed for a week, room was spacious and comfortable, very well-equipped with full refrigerator and freezer, microwave and washing machine. Staff can speak only limited english, may have to use Google translate for more complex requests. Staff manning the night shift was very friendly and loaned me a clothes rack and provided a free detergent capsule for my first night of stay. May have to specifically request for room cleaning at the desk though, I somehow ended up not having my room cleaned for the whole week. Guests are asked to leave trash at the door, and new towels and water will be left at the door daily.

Only problem we faced was the parking issue. We reached the hotel around 7pm, and both hotels carpark is full. We had to park at the public carpark about 8 mins walk from the hotel. walking distance to the food street. Worth a stay!

Well equipped for long stay”
We stayed in Win Story for 5 nights and the washer is free to use! While the staff may not speak good English, communicating via Papago translation app made it easy. Toothpaste and razor are not provided free but we bought it from the reception at cheap price. Location is great with easy access to bus stops and Maeil Olle Market is just at walking distance. Overall it's a great choice if you plan to stay near Seogwipo city in Jeju.
