員工表現很讚，有笑容，親切。即使英文不太好，但仍然會努力去滿足客人需要，有私下幫忙預約包車服務。 訂的是海景房，景觀跟房間都跟照片中的一樣。酒店旁邊有價格適宜的自助24小時洗衣店，方便長期旅行的客人。但離市中心交通匯集處稍遠，需要走約十分鍾。 不過整體來說很棒，特別是員工的態度真的一流，有機會會再入住。

酒店雖不是直接在海邊，但從陽台能看到完全無遮掩的西歸浦情人橋海景，有種居高臨下的感覺。地理位置實在是太方便，機場巴士就在附近，天地淵瀑布就在下面約5分鐘路程，另外的方向走5分鐘有兩條食街，還有李仲燮街這條當地人大推文創氣息很濃厚的景點，走10分鐘有每日偶來市場，去正房瀑布和中文觀光區也就10到20分鐘車程，非常推薦~

位置不錯，海景也蠻好的”
雖然不是什麼無敵海景（是個小港口），不過晚上很多漁船出來在海面上捕魚，燈火闌珊坐在戶外陽台吃小吃水果再個配燒酒（濟州島的漢拿山燒酒跟漢拿山啤酒真的厲害，有喝酒的一定要試試）也很愜意，交通位置不錯，去附近的景點都算近，走5~10分鐘就到熱鬧的市場，就是整潔比較要留意，入住第一天枕頭上就有毛阿～後續幾天都有打掃收垃圾所以還行囉，以價錢來說很不錯呢

位置理想，就在兩個主要景點瀑布附近，而且只要步行數分鐘，便到熱鬧的西歸浦每日偶來市埸，吃小食、買手信好方便; 選的海景房，無敵海景感覺太好，設施齊備房閒干淨，性價比高，唯獨只有部分前台職員略懂英語，亦不是全日有職員當值，詢問問題要把握時間。

Wonderful view with balcony ”
This was the best hotel we stayed across 4 hotels in Korea (Seoul,Jeju). Staff was really helpful, even helped us to park the car. Hotel was really clean and smells great, the hallway, the room, even the towel! Room was spacious to open up both our luggages. Bed was comfortable, ocean view was great with balcony. Have a good number of food options around, coffee and bar to chill just right below the hotel

We took the airport limousine bus and stop was about 5-10m walk away. Overall location is central and easy to get around. Room is basic and just nice to meet our needs. Water pressure is good! Weirdly as per other reviews, they don’t clean the room daily, but it’s fine. In Korea 1) WiFi avail 2) transportation is connected. Only bummer is 1) food is on high side (W15k upwards p/meal) 2) English is limited

We arrived early, and the staff was exceptionally friendly to my girl. Gave her snack and also always provided very clear direction: walked out to the street to show me the direction, did short internet research to provide me the bus route. The location is great. You can take a airport bus, and within 1.2 hrs you will be dropped off about 100-200m away from the hotel. You can walk to the major touristy falls, the art street, and easily take a bus/taxi to go to other places. The room is modestly equipped, but clean (it has a bathrope too!). The balcony was super clean and had a table and chairs to sit and enjoy morning coffee with beautiful view! However, it is indeed just a 2 star hotel. the bedding and linens are humble, no wall deco, just some stains and scratches. Also, it is surrounded by guest house and cheap hotels. These were all okay for us, but my girl was so miserable during the two nights we stayed here due to the mosquitos - she got 9 bites and i also got so much bites. i used their on-site bug sprays and their antirepellent device, but none of them worked. I managed to catch two of them on the last day morning, but it was too late. hahaha!

Typical 3 star hotel”
Room is what you expected of a 3-star hotel. The reception speaks Mandarin which is great for someone like us who don't speak Korean. Limited parking space but alternate parking location was provided. Right below the hotel's a nice cafe overlooking the sea.

Amazing Hotel with View!!! close to amenities!!”
Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Lots of help rendered. very close to waterfall, food, Ollie Market and lots of convenience stores. Hotel was easy to locate after taking bus 600 from hotel and a lighting at New Kyungnam Hotel, about 3 to 5mins walk!! Awesome stay!!! Thank you!!
