Hotel is centrally located. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was good because Collins Avenue is very lively at night with cars cruising. Hotel was immaculately clean and when our air conditioning broke it was mended very quickly. Would highly recommend.

My stay was beautiful, right in the heart of Miami beach activities. I felt safe and easy access to the beach and restaurants. So So convient. My room was right next to the restaurant on first floor. Not as noisy as I thought, but it's South Beach what could I say. I slept well.

Perfect location , beautiful and big rooms. The staff was very kind. They can keep your luggage for free before check in and after checkout. There is a restaurant with discount for hotel residents.

Overall, decent experience, but wouldn’t stay there again ”
The best thing about the hotel is the awesome location, right around the corner from South Beach and Bars on Ocean Dr. Hotel staff was for the most part, very friendly. The room was very clean, however shoddy tile job in the bathroom, moved when you walked on them. Hotel itself was under construction, and we were woken up at 8am on a Saturday morning because they had started work right near our room. Still had to pay resort fee and I wish we hadn’t due to the construction. Valet parking is convenient, however it took over 30 min. for the valet to get my car to me. Overall, it wasn’t an awful experience, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Rooms are good hotel average”
Rooms are fine and in good condition . Reception area brlow average . No breakfast no housekeeping under five days stay , given price and the beach location its a bit tough to swallow. The neighborjng restaurant side is a big noisy with loud music until one Am so not ideal if you are jet lagged

Other places are better for the price. ”
We stayed in multiple places on this trip and this place by far was the bottom of the list our bathroom floor had water all over it when we got in the room. The towel holder on the wall was hanging halfway out of the wall the bathroom had only three very dim lights and one of them was out no light in the shower so if the shower curtain closed it was hard to see anything my little side table was coming off the wall and you can tell they tried caulking it once before.

Pay the extra money to stay at a better place. This hotel smells ”
Pros: Very nice staff Cons: My room AC did not work. They moved us to another room just to tell us it was booked for the next night. They then moved us to a motel. That motel smellee terribly, I felt so gross and disgusting I didn't even want to lay in the bed or use the water to brush my teeth. I wore flip flops to take a shower. Terrible!
