Little gem in south beach ”
We had the king suite with street view of Washington which I thought was a better value than the studio. Decent sized room, balcony was a plus. Great location, friendly staff that went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, very clean, fridge was a plus. Free sunset wine. Free coffee. Not stuffy, very come and go. Has that boutiquey feel, not a lavish resort but clean and comfortable. Value was great for the price. Would stay again.

Great location with short walk to beach. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff. The added extras such as prosecco on arrival and complimentary coffee, water and happy hour a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Great location and staff!”
This was an awesome hotel just a couple blocks from the beach in downtown South Beach. Walkable to everything. The staff was amazing Warren, who was at the front desk to check us in, was fantastic. The hotel was also happy to hold our bags until our room was ready because we got in before check-in time. The pool deck is worth a visit, as the pool is great and the view is also worthwhile. We'd happily come back to this hotel!

We have really enjoyed our stay at Kimpton's. It has a cool bar on the second floor and a nice rooftop pool with city views. The rooms are clean and well decorated. Great Cuban restaurant nearby, Art Deco district and beach is walking distance.

Miami Swim Week Work and Fun”
Very good location. 5min walk from the Beach 2 pools, one busy one quiet. Great rooms Basic , Lofts and Villas I personally stayed in a loft . Great space . It's a Full Living room with bathroom upstairs on bedroom with full bathroom. Near to lobby! Breakfast was great! Also loved the hotels contemporary design. Only downfall , looked like the hotel needed more cleaning staff. Room and Public restroom was left dirty for hours.

Amazing ”
This is my third time visiting Miami since last year and this is the nicest hotel I’ve visited. It was close to the strip with all the restaurants. Cvs and Walgreens . It’s a nice clean smell good hotel . They do hold your luggage for you if need be . They had a happy hour . Maintenance was sooooo friendly. They never walked by without saying hello and recommending places to go. Definitely going back there no doubt about it.

Centrally located boutique hotel yet quiet”
We were very happy with the location of the hotel. Food was great and internet speed is fast although no wifi in restaurant area. Also service a bit inconsistent. Sometimes you would get water, salt and pepper but more often than not you had to prompt the staff. Remote control was low on battery but despite promtpting the front desk nothing was done about it. Sometimes the room would be made up 10:00 other times you can return from the beach at 16:00 only to find the room not yet made..

Realmente nos sentimos muy a gusto en el hotel. Cuenta con un edificio principal con todas las habitaciones amplias, con balcón con mesa y sillones. El baño es grande con bañera y ducha, toallones suaves, champú, gel de baño, acondicionador de cabello y crema corporal libres de parabenos. Cuenta con escritorio, mini bar, placard cómodo con caja fuerte, plancha y tabla de planchar. Los colchones son confortables. Hay una agradable decoración. Se ofrece bolso de playa con toallones y batas. A solicitud y sin costo proveen cafetera y cápsulas de café, edulcorante, azúcar; también microondas si se encuentra disponible. En el último piso hay piscina de agua fría y reposeras para descanso. En la planta baja hay otra piscina de agua tibia que puede ser utilizada en un rango horario muy amplio. En el bar del lobby se disfruta de un ambiente tranquilo en el interior cómo en el exterior. El hotel además del edificio principal posee en un lateral dos tipos más de alojamiento en el predio, algunos tienen hidromasaje exterior y un mínimo espacio verde privado, no los vi por dentro, pero parecían muy cómodos. No incluye desayuno, solo café o té por la mañana en el restaurante que se encuentra al lado del edificio principal. La atención es excelente, los encargados de la recepción, de servicio al cliente, las encargadas de limpieza, todas las personas allí son muy amables, muy simpáticos, muy cálidos, muy cordiales, se muestran muy interesados en proporcionar lo maximo de sí mismos para que los huéspedes nos encontremos a gusto. Hablan español a la perfección. Recepciónan paquetes (de envíos por compras) sin costo hasta 5 por habitación, el resto de paquetes recibidos en el hotel tienen un costo de USD5 por paquete. La limpieza es buena. La ubicación es buena, a 5 cuadras de un target, ross, publix, best buy. A 2 cuadras de la playa. Se encuentra en la zona más hacia el sur de Miami beach, donde las edificaciones son un poco más antiguas que las del norte. El edificio es nu
