Staff was not accommodating for my family needs. Advertised breakfast daily and was told my staff at check in breakfast hours for the next morning and where to go in the lobby, only to find out the next morning I was given a brown paper sack with an orange and breakfast bar in the bag. Vacationing with 4 teens is expensive and one of the main reasons I choose this hotel was the complimentary hot breakfast. I'm addition we had to get our own shampoo, soap, towels, etc from the front desk and they didn't have enough. As well as requesting an extra blanket they did not have any extra blankets or sheets. Very disappointing.

Nightmare ”

As soon as I stepped out of the elevator onto the 4th floor and smelled a strong odor I knew it wasn’t going to be a good evening. There was a little relief when I went into the room but not much. Around 11:30pm they were running in the halls which lasted about 20 mins. Then at 3:30 am the fire alarm went off and we had to walk 4 flights down and wait about an hour until the fire dept cleared the building. The grab and go breakfast was really weak as the oranges were partially rotten. Overall I would not stay at this location again.

8 minute walk to beach”

Very difficult to get into hotel due to road construction at this time. Staff is nice, kid friendly. Families playing cards and board games in lobby area due to rain . No breakfast due to COVID (not hotel fault)

Anniversary/1st visit to FLA”

Hotel is clean/Room quiet. One particular staff member that checked us in(I also talked to her on the phone prior to our stay) was less than friendly. The (3) other staff we interacted with were very friendly/helpful. Brown bag Breakfast was a disappointment!
