Exceptional centrally located hotel”

Good Hotel”

We stayed for one day. But, we liked this hotel. It is not expensive, but it is located near Miami Beach, which is very convenient.

Property is located in a quiet area of South Beach but it is rundown.”

When we booked with Agoda we were told in writing that there aren't¡ any additional fees but when we arrived we were told that there is a daily resort fee of $22.50 including taxes. The resort fee includes two towels, the use of the pool and a happy hour drink limited to a small cheap beer or vodka drink. We found the place shabby, not clean and the loudest air conditioner ever encountered in a hotel. It was impossible to turn off because of the extreme heat weather. It was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep even with earplugs. Also, the hotel kept denying I made the reservation with Agoda but when I checked in they stated in an email was made with Agoda. For the price one can do better in South Beach Miami.

Everything was great. Only concern was no coffee products in the room (although I see it's not promised). I did not raise it with staff as it wasn't a big deal. They did have a coffee pot that I did use. Spacious, comfortable bed, great location, very friendly staff, perfectly clean. Happy hour at neighboring bar was fun. Cool place, would stay again.

A nice stay in this boutique apartment”

Room rate is of very good value and location is convenient to most of the key area. Just 8 minutes walk to Lincoln Road and 5 minutes to 2 big supermarkets, yet in the inner street when u can enjoy the quiet side of Miami. Everything is good here, except that the sound proof is not so good because it is an old building anyway. So, u will hear people walking upstairs in the evening and in the morning... or when people flash the toilet in the next room, u will hear the water sound. But for me, i am ok as i can sleep even in a noisy environment. But overall, it is a nice place to stay. Will come back again.

Accessible location”

Hotel location is near the main shopping district; short walk to CVS/Walgreens nearby. They are sharing pool facilities with sister hotels nearby.

Location location”

Very nicely furnished studio and when we arrived we thought it looked beautiful but then quickly saw how tired the interior really is but it is still quite nice. Short distance from the beach and a short walk to many restaurants in the area. Lobby small but very cute. The air conditioner very loud in our room. Overall would stay there again.

Great Apartment”

Homely accomodation meaning if you dont feel like going out it is very comfortable in the apartment. Spacious.

Trendy boutique hotel”

We had a very good experience at the Licoln Arms. The location is close to Ocean Drive and Lincoln Mall, yet in a quiet side street with hardly any traffic. The interior design is very cool. The reception desk is made of an airplane wing and the chairs in the reception are also made of air plane parts. The studios are very spacey and well designed with all amenities one might need. Missing for a perfect score are a pool (you can use the pool of their other hotel nearby) and a parking (they do have Valet parking service).

Excellent. Would stay again!! Only downside was a) fridge in kitchenette was noisy and b) noisy neighbours returning late above (but that wasn't hotel's fault) would definitely book here again when returning to Miami and will recommend to family and friends :-)

Great Value for money”

My stay was great, really enjoyed staying there. It was a great locaton and best of all great value for money. We had a little kitchen area so we could prepare breakfast there in the morning. Only downfall was there was no parking so that would have been a extra cost, but its so central you don't really need a car.
