it was a great hotel loved the free parking rooms were good. 1 bed was to hard great location did not like the 10 oclock checkout and that i would have to pay additional parking if i decided to stay after 10pm and it was Expensive $$$$$

Good value, bad location”
This hotel was surprisingly good for the price. We were pleasantly surprised to have a kitchen and 2 separate beds. The rooms were not fancy, but quaint and cozy. They worked well to lounge in. The hotel had access to the pool and beach which were the two main things we went to Miami Beach for, however, anything else is quite a ways away. The hotel is located on a stretch of beach where there is really no restaurants, stores, or even convenience stores for at least a mile. Bike rental is expensive, so if you are looking for access to food and amenities, consider booking somewhere else. The beach is very nice, swimablw, and the pool was large and open with chairs as well. Overall a good experience!

Don't do it”
The staff is exceptional. However they're understaffed, no one answers at the front desk because they only have one person checking in all of us during spring break. It took an hour for me to check in. Once checked in, you'll have to go back downstairs because your keycard won't work. The instruction card they give will be in Spanish...Not a problem if you happen to read/speak Spanish. But if you took German like I did, it would of been nice to have a card in English. No wash clothes. Just several towels (6 in total) and a bathmat. The bedlinens were disgusting and soiled. Parking for valet at the entrance is horrible, especially during check in. Again not the valets fault just that understaff. It's bad when security has to help check in the Air B &B guest, because of how short staffed this place is. The number pad for theelevators is on the outside of the elevators, which means several people might of pressed several different floors, but got into a different elevator than yours and now your stuck going to all of those other floors. Not worth the aggravation.

It was a beautiful hotel, however, the staff was extremely rude, especially the two ladies at the front desk. Instead of saying, "Good Bye" or "Thank You" she looked at me and said, "That's it". The beds were really uncomfortable and I'm sure for the price we paid, they put us in the part that was getting ready to be refurbished. I thought I was getting a great deal by booking so far in advance. The kitchenette area was gross, the toilets were extremely hard to flush, the bathroom looked liked a place in a cheap motel. The view from our window was beautiful. One roll of toilet paper and when asked for another roll, the lady said I could buy it. No coffee pot or anything extra. I'm glad we only had to stay one night!

Nothing stood out false advertising spoke 2 Thomas 1 of the Managers promised my wife and I we a stay in one of the best rooms 4 nights with access to a stove & kitchen. This never was honored by the hotel. and I told Thomas it was my wife and I first wedding anniversary. Upon arrival another supervisor was working the front desk believe his name was Reese honestly I forgot his name. Ask 4 Thomas was not available asked when he is working never informed me when Thomas will be available.. just hurry up and placed us in a room. i also showed him the email I sent Thomas and Thomas response about us staying jn a room with balcony. email never honored. 1st room very untidy When complained room was changed but never got the room the hotel promised. The best thing at hotel was free parking and staff that parked the cars and security guards. All very nice people. There was a female staff working the front desk who also was not the friendliness .

The hotel is very rundown and needs lots of repairs. The staff weren’t friendly or very helpful. The pool bar was excellent, great food and service. The restaurant staff were great and the food was very tasty. The valet service ruins the hotel they are like vulchers hungry for money. They fought with our delivery driver over dropping us off at the front of the hotel. I would return only because I really enjoyed using the pool area and it’s location to the beach.

Room has been recently “updated”. Beds are old and springs are at the surface. The door jams and does not open and close without strong armed tugs and loud slams to close. Bring your own beach towels. Nothing for the pool or beach is provided. Pool is in serious need of repair. No umbrellas around the pool. Feels like this place is slowly falling into disrepair. Pay a bit more elsewhere.

Online we were told we had a ocean view but we actually had a roof view overlooking the ocean, not even any balconies. We weren’t given any washcloths for the shower and wouldn’t provide them either. The bar closed at midnight on the weekends

Basic room with Ikea furniture”
Pros: Great beach, good pool, pretty good location but not much within walking distance,. Awesome view Cons:. No real service, no phone in room to even call the front desk, the TV had slot of options to log into let's say Netflix, Hulo or sling TV but you needed an account to access them, I could not get any regular TV and of course no phone to call the front desk, and using the cell phone to call worked but getting an answer someone to answer is another thing. We booked a room for 2 adults and 3 kids, ages 9, 11 and 12. Our room had 2 double beds, I went to the front desk and inquired after calling via my cell and the y said they didn't charge extra for kids but don't provide beds for them, for $30 a day we got a roll away that was shot, I payed in it and my ass was touching the floor the springs were so bad. We mad the best of it for only 2 nights. Or your looking for a basic place to crash for a bit this will do, if ya want anything else I would look elsewhere.

This room smells like cat pee. It’s terribly outdated and dilapidated . The beds have barely any padding and one can feel the wire springs. Furniture is old damaged. This room needs TLC.
