Welcome to my warm home. The house is a newly built single villa in modern Japan. It has a garden. The whole house has two floors. One room on 2nd floor,the other separate room and bathroom is on the first floor.
To Tokyo station 15 minutes.To Akihabara-sta 14 minutes. JR Directly to Narita airport and Shinjuku station.
Near shopping street with Matsumoto kyoshi Drug store and Japanese style restaurant. To 7/11 convenient store 3 minutes.

房东非常体贴友善，提前问了我的到达时间，愿意提供帮助。我以为自己能找到地方，但是都晚上十一点还在打转，房东主动用微信联络我，一路指导我们进门，还介绍了邻居是什么房客，让我们安心。房间很安静。屋子里除了没有电视，什么都有，我们住的二楼还有卫生间，很方便。如果一家人出游，可以整个包下来，做饭，洗衣服洗澡，都很方便。附近有个便利店，到新小岩车站走个十多分钟，那里有商店街和西友，吃饭非常方便实惠。一楼的浴室窗户玻璃虽然不透，不过，贴一块遮挡膜会更好。房东是中国人，英文日文也很好。

Friendly host”
The host was nice and gave us advice. The room had a full sized fridge + freezer in it, which might be useful for some people. There is also a washing machine and clothespins for air drying. The only issue is that there is only one bathroom, and when all the rooms are booked, it means there can be 8 people using it. In that case it is very hard to be able to take a shower (bathroom constantly busy). Toilets are separate though, there was no issue there. So if you go there, don't be on a hurry.

The location near JR Station. So many and near restaurants, convenient store and also Daiso. In the room any air refrigator, eletric kettle, green tea and hair dryer. Toilet dan bathroom clean. And the owner so friendly, because they send me get to near JR Station.

Overall our stay was excellent , specially the late check-out given by Yinsan. Only one small comment -: suggest a heater should be installed in the the room as the weather was cold outside and the room inside was also cold ( 1st week of April was still cold ). Also , suggest property owner to put signage in English ( sticker type ) on the switch panel for hot water , etc.. in the bathroom and toilet for safe , easy understanding . First time staying at Agoda Home. Niu Niu Home is just over an hour from Narita via the Narita Express and JR Sobu Line Rapid Service. The home is about 10 minutes from Shin-Koiwa station. Like everywhere else in Japan, there are many restaurants, convenient stores and etc nearby. Despite the check in time was late, we managed to get permission from the owner to check in early, which we appreciate very much. The room that we stay was Japanese and we sleep with futon on a Tatami, which is a good experience. There is electric kettle available with green teas, washing machine, toiet and bathroom. There was a small freezer available but we didn't use it as we were on the move and checking out early in the morning. This place is suitable for 2 persons and will highly recommend for people especially couples to stay at this place. Once again, wish to thank the owner of Niu Niu Home for giving us the opportunity to stay in their place.

They gave us welcome tea and candies, and gave us farewell little present too. At night, when they think that we’ll arrive late, they will email us and let us know that they will not lock the main door for us. On our second day, they sent us to a nearby train station for. Everyday they leave our slippers near the main door so we could wear it when we get home.
