A place is good , but service is very bad. I don't know why I have to pay 40 usd again for Checkin Service , although I paid when book on Agoda . The Host request many many things for checkin , I think , I never book here again,

Poor Communication”

Can't speak on this actual property. I booked it through Agoda/EroRentals but was moved. -Booked the non-refundable reservation for 4 nights. -Before I was schedule to arrive I was told that I would need to pay a cleaning fee higher than was advertised. -Once I arrived from the airport, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional resort fee. -After I waited for a few minutes I was also informed that something was wrong with my room and that they were placing me at another resort up the street - so I had to uber. -At the new resort I was told that this new resort fee was much more -A staff member told me they were coming to meet me and to drop of an important document for me to sign. Never saw anyone or any document the entire stay. Overall, the experience felt very sketchy and I will never book through this company again.

Not impressive at all. Private condominiums NOT "LUXURY HOTEL"! The charges for 41.00 dollars to use amenities is ridiculous. The 150.00 cleaning fee wasent mentioned when booking and the cleaning would have cost more than the room. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers. Aside from a 500.00 deposit for the room, I was charged 41.00, 123.00, and 150.00. Then had to pay for parking in valet. This is a scam for you to be stuck

High Value, Comfort and Luxurious Surroundings. An untapped secret!!”

No cons to speak of. The Ocean Reserve is in prime location. The pool was inviting and not over crowded, the beach is a short walk away and also not overly crowded. The store on the first floor had everything you needed to prepare a meal if need be or to grab a quick cafe cubano and guava and cheese. Aventura Mall less then .5 miles away. Truly a great experience. Can't wait to come back.

Квартира довольно большая и тихая. Можно разместиться и вшестером, если потребуется. К сожалению, создаётся такое ощущение, что сантехника не менялась с момента постройки дома. В душе текут краны, в кухне рукоятка смесителя была сломана, хотя её быстро починили. Покрывала на кроватях были не очень чистые. Их нужно стирать после каждого гостя. Но в остальном всё было хорошо. Океан в десяти минутах ходьбы, зонтик, складные стулья и пляжные полотенца в наличии. Бесплатный паркинг. Дополнительно берётся плата за пользование бассейном. Можно ли от неё отказаться, мы так и не поняли. Бассейном пользоваться тоже не довелось, потому что почти каждый день шли дожди, а тренажёрный зал... да кому он нужен на отдыхе?)) Отличный молл для шопинга находится примерно в тридцати пяти долларах езды. Есть и поближе.
