Best hotel ”
We stay at this hotel for 9 days and I can say that was great. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is near the beach, about 1 minute walk . The staff were friendly and helpful. You can go to the south beach or in Miami very easy and fast. The location is great and peaceful. For the price, the hotel is very good. I will come back ! I love it.

The location is perfect. The staff at the reception was very friendly. Norma at the reception let us check in earlier and was very helpful and polite. We went to a subway located on the premises and the staff there was friendly as well. The reception looks very elegant. Rooms are a bit small but perfect for 2 people. It surpassed my expectations. I will stay at Ocean Spray on my next vacation

Good value”
The Ocean Spray Hotel is a great find. This considering the relatively central location at MidBeach, without the hustle and bustle of South Beach. The Boardwalk and beach access is perfect. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and responsive to all requests. Specifically, our room was not up to par. When I explained this, our room was immediately changed and, we were much happier with our stay there. What we did not expect, was the lobby restaurant. It was advertised as a deli style restaurant. In fact it is a Subway restaurant. This, in my opinion does not fit the theme of the hotel. Overall, I like the hotel and recommend it.

Is it the Ritz? But for $115/night on Agoda during mid-March, who can argue. Place was a bit funky. The Subway in the lobby was a non-issue. The elevator was on the fritz for a day, fixed it, no issue. Noisy neighbors one night, staff responded immediately, no more noise. If you're looking for a bargain, relatively clean, place, you won't be disappointed. My sister-in-law thought the Eden Roc was good enough. She would have been happier at the Fontainebleau, but certainly not the Ocean Spray. For the less disconcerting, you'll be fine. BTW, easy 25 minute $2.65 Miami bus ride (route 150) from the airport to a block from the hotel.

Decent hotel for a decent price ”
It was a bit hard to judge given Miami was pretty much a ghost town due to the hurricane evacuation. Room was fine, a little cramped for space but nothing wrong with it. Wifi was patchy at best. Easy to get downtown and further south with bus stops nearby and the free trolley.

Comme on! I just came from Europe (loong flight) for stay 4 nights to your pretious hotel and the receptionist offered me the noisest room?? To level 2, in front of a busy streeet and next ro elevator??? Okok, thank Good he accepted to change it with a very good one to 6 level with a nice view, thank you. Pitty for the first try.. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

The hotel is a great deal, it’s a standard hotel room but the location next to the beach which is great. Only thing is that they didn’t clean the room the entire stay and you have to ask for new towels.

All basic but maintained, great location for Airport 150, free trolley, beach, food, Walgreens , Subway. Safe not laptop size, beach towels too small, wi-fi not stable.

I had a Great canal view room . The hotel s wel located far from the noise of south beach . A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby . Primo cafe has everything . there s a subway in the hotel Staff are friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Denis She is a plus for the hotel
