Enjoyed our stay here. Nice and clean place that looks quite new. Room was spacious although the sea view wasn’t that great. Place was approximately 10-15 min walk away from the shopping street and market. There are approximately 5 parking lots in front of the hotel, but if the lots are full, just drive a few metres ahead and turn left for a carpark. Staff was friendly. We opted to cab to hallasan yeongsil trail (30+min ride from hotel) the next day, the staff helped us to book a cab.

A nice Hotel & super nice Staff”
Love the helpful staff (night shift). We always got problem with no parking lot every night when we were back and the staff will gave up his lot to us. We made numerous requests and was assisted kindly frm him. Room were clean with balcony. Floor heater during winter helps alot. Shower was great. Toiletries provided was good!

Great Location”
About 200m from the airport KAL shuttle bus stop. Within walking distance to falls and shoreline. Manager on duty always ready with a smile and recommendations. Convenience store at the front. Overall stay was very good. Only problem was that there was no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor could be very wet (and cold) at times. This could cause some serious injury if one slips.

Hotel is clean and good value for money. However it is not along the main road so it is only convenient if you are driving. Parking won't be a problem as there is a carpark next to the hotel. The only con is that there is no ironing facilities at all which i thought should be a basic in a hotel.

Pleasant hotel with accommodating staff”
The hotel’s location was slightly off the bustling area but not a problem for us as we drove. The parking lot is tiny though so be prepared to park elsewhere if the hotel is full. We booked a sea view room but the room we got could hardly see the sea, (more of a parking lot view) so would not spend the extra money for the sea view room anymore.

A short 2 night stay but the staff at Hotel Pino hotel were amazing. Stay here if you would like a cozy, no frills stay. Do not expect 5 star facilities. The area is peaceful and near the sea. Free parking is available. It was snowing heavil the day that we were supposed to depart and not knowing what to do, we extended the stay for an additional day. However, 2 hours after extending the stay - we decided to continue on the next leg of the trip and the hotel kindly refunded the charges for the extra night and charged us for late checkou5 fee only

두번째방문 후기(강추)”
작년에 가족들과 방문한 이후로 2년만인가 다시 제주에 오게되면 방문했어요. 그때는 아주 신축이어서 잘 관리하나보다 했는데 이번에 갔을때도 그때 퀄리티 그대로 잘 유지되고 있어보였어요. 지난번엔 스타일러도 이용했는데 이번엔 귀찮아서 이용은 안했어요. 컵라면 끓여먹으려고 커피포트 닦으려고 하니까 이미 청소를 한번 하신것 같은 흔적을 느꼈을때 안심하게 되었어요. 침구도 편한편이고, 밖에서 보면 안보이고 안에서는 밖이보이는 유리도, 침대맡에 있는 채광창도 하나하나 신경쓰시는것같아서 만족도가 높았어요. 다음번에 또 제주에 가게되면 방문하겠습니다. 체크아웃 후에 차를 잠시 주차해도 되냐고 테스크에 물어보았을때도 친절히 잘 응대해주셨네요- 고맙습니다. 잘쉬다가요~

사장님도 친절하시고 정말 좋았어요. 사진은 투숙하고 나올 때 급하게 찍은거라... 사장님이 굉장히 친절하고 숙소시설 및 위치도 굉장히 좋았어요👍 바로앞에 편의점도 있고 진짜 짱이예요. 다시가면 여기 또갈겁니다. 9월 27일 504호 있었던 사람인데 너무좋아서 구글에도 여기도 후기남기네요. 사장님이 너무 친절하셔서 나올 때 전부 깔끔히 정돈하고 나왔어요. 아름다운 사람은 머문 자리도 아름답습니다를 실천하게 되네요. 사장님 복받으시고 번창하세요♥️
