Avoid this hotel- Very BAD”

Everything was very bad. First, only two elevators worked, so we had to wait for about 25 minutes to get an elevator, or we had to use the stairs. The aisles were very old, old, old-fashioned. In the room, the kitchen cabinets were NASTY, the refrigerator was dirty, the bathroom was not cleanned at all (every single pipe, space and the toilet were DIRTY). The house-keeper knocked the door at 10 AM rushing us to leave (when the check out was at 11 AM) The reception is the only place that looks nice. The price is incredibly expensive for the installations and service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Don't ruin your holidays and choose a different place.

Most reasonable price with a beach front but that's where it ends. Let me begin by valet service was horrible. Check-in was late for 1 hour and a half. Room have a bad odor as soon as we got in. Balcony doors are so hard to open and feels like its breaking apart. Cabinet doors are off the hinges, drawers and ready to fall apart. Rusted refrigerator and the AC system is leaking, old light switch like controls. Kitcgen Cabinet doors are falling off. This room badly needs a remodeling. Ice maker in the hall way is off.

Location right on beach and nice pool area. Overall good value for money. property is showing its age and room not spotless by any means but the fun we had on beach and lounging by pool made it ok.. would stay there again.

It's on the beach which is nice great pool. Terrible customer service. Like most people's reveiw, if you are there for reasonable prices and just want the beach and pool then it's for you. Do not expect luxury or customer service and you will have a nice time.

My room did not look nothing like the picture. There is mildew on the ceiling, picture frames very dusty, old and rusted frame. Lamp rusted stand and stained shade. No available room service and if you need blankets make sure you get them early. If you need toilet paper after hours you will be out luck. Very rude valet staff. Requested car and got it 1 hr after.

Hotel is so bad the rooms are not clean the closets and dressers are broken the bathroom was leaking.staff is not helpful hotel is outdated needs a total renovation, nothing is good on this hotel .everything is falling apart

Hotel is outdated and all the furniture are broken the bathrooms are leaking and the stove not working, they charge you $20 for parking a day and the stuff is unhelpful. They make you check in after 4. The only thing it is near the beach. There is no one cleaning the rooms . The Hotel is falling apart

This is an ok hotel. Rooms are quite dated. We had to get a new room as the first one smelled of mold and I found mold on the walls. The second room was better. The box frame covers were stained in both rooms, the which is a little disturbing. The rooms are just ok. They’re functional, but poor craftsmanship, and banged up, scuffed, dingy walls. Having a kitchenette is nice and there is a Publix only 0.6mi away for groceries. We prefer to make our own food most of the time. There is one restaurant on the lower level which has some reasonable prices. There is a small cafe in the lobby but doesn’t open for coffee until 8am. No coffee in the lobby, not sure if that is a COVID thing or not. The beach is nice and well-maintained! The pool is heated and salt-water, not chlorine which is nice.

Location perfect. Swimming pool large and nice. Pool towel n lounger/ umbrella enough. Beach nice and water in the ocean was warm (beginning of June) not deep. Good to play. One thing though, the rules posted at the pool said ‘ no playing music ‘ but staff could not control the people who turn on the speaker loud. There were 3 larger very large speaker going on by 3 different families and some smart speakers. It was NO place to relax laying down at the pool. Hotel enhance its rules.

Horrible experience

The photos were not at all what our rooms bathroom looked like. The walls had leak spots and the tubs tile was cracked around the knobs. The tile was dirty and unkempt. The drapes in the restaurants were so dusty when pushed back that I almost got up from the table. The place seems like it would be great again with more care and updates. It has a great location on the beach.

We were spoken to rudely for no reason by at least two staff members. My husband was made fun of by the concierge when the concierge asked him to fold the stroller we were asking him to store for us and my husband nicely explained our stroller doesn’t collapse. (It comes apart into pieces) The hotel is old and rooms don’t look or small clean. Hallways smell bad.. Staff at front desk insist on photo ID to finalize booking and we’re unrelenting when I explained I had none on me. They questioned me as to why not believing I had no ID with me (which I’d left at my dads in Boynton ..) they wasted time making me call the booking agency to have my husband added on while I was freezing in the AC lobby (having come out of the pool, and not allowed to take my towel with) the whole thing was ridiculous. Very unpleasant experience.
