辦理入住時間從17:00開始， 退房時間至10:00止。視客房供應狀況，您可以在訂房時提出「提前入住」或「延後退房」的需求。若住客在非指定時間辦理入住或退房，可能需支付額外費用。
My house is just 3 minutes walk from the station and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Up to 6 ppl, the whole house is yours during your stay.
There are supermarket, convenience stores and restaurants around the station.
The area is not touristic and you can enjoy your stay like a local!

- No smoking - No pets - No parties or events - Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $274 - Take off your shoes - Keep quiet after 9pm Please also note that the room might feel tight/crowded over 4 guests. Please keep the room clean and tidy as if it’s your own. 25% of the cleaning fee may be requested if the room is extremely uncleaned after check-out. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the apartment. We kindly ask to keep quiet after 9pm and take off your shoes in the apartment (it’s Japanese style). Do not take home any amenities or toiletries including towels. Early check-in and late check-out aren’t allowed, but you’re welcome to drop off your luggage early after 11:30am. Let me know in advance if you wish to do so. 21,600 JPY will be charged to you if you lose the room key. Please return the room key in the original place upon check-out. Storage lockers are mostly available within big stations in Tokyo to keep your luggage after the check-out time. All guests are required to provide their guest information before their check-in day such as: Full name, home address, occupation, and passport photos as it’s required by Japanese private lodging law.
