The staff was really friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and clean. I was there with my 13 year old son and we had a lovely time. I would definitely book again.

International bombshell ”
I loved this hotel. The staff was "very" friendly and helpful. Peter Erasme takes care of you, ask him for anything or allow him to be the ambassador an let him suggest to you . May I suggest a city view on the 10th floor or higher, can you say "gorgeous " and sexy"

Great location right in middle of sobe”
Love this hotel. Great staff, awesome access to beach. Only thing is the city room is very very small. Being from nyc it was not a huge issue but not even a closet or somewhere to put our clothes. A dresser or something would have been nice.

I loved everything about SLS SOBE but…”
The bathroom was not spotless, the toilet was horribly dirty, I had to go urgently after waiting so long from traveling, etc and I just couldn’t go in my room. When I called the front desk a supervisor Along with the housekeeper came by and saw that it was dirty, the housekeeper was upset saying she had cleaned it, the supervisor left and the housekeeper started cleaning again, when I went to make sure if she was really done, she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the door. I ended up double cleaning it myself as I didn’t trust her. Another issue was that I got hungry at night, just right when everything was about to close, I just didn’t know the times, I asked a hostess, she had red hair, she was pretty careless and didn’t know at what time they were closing, she seemed careless and gave me the wrong information, she said room service was open 24hrs so i went to my room to order food, that’s to that everything was closed by tu time I got back to the room. I was very upset because I had to leave the hotel to find food. Other than that, everything was good.

Located on South Beach but right in the middle of the not so nice tourist area. Expect to be met with sorry existences (drug addicts, homeless folks etc. - although I do not know if this is a common issue in Miami)right outside the hotel grounds. Would recommend to head 1 km down southwards. Probably great hotel if you want to hit the pool parties etc. But prices definitely do not live up to what you get. Also expect a surprise surcharge of $ + taxes Per day when you checkout. Just booked the Betsy for when I return to Miami in 13 days - think that tells the whole story

The back pool which is way bigger, has actual sunlight and more chairs has been converted to a club. Not only does it make the hotel pool extremely loud but leaves only ~8 chairs for hotel guests, all of which are blocked by the shadow of the building past 10am.

The place is run down, weird crowd and police be called daily. Last Saturday they had a Police unit crime in front of the hotel and people getting arrested.

Could and should have been better”
The hotel needs major renovations Even to be considered a boutique mid century modern hotel it needs major work. There were two Employees that stood out however. Peter and a woman who was a wait staff in the outdoor dining area. Check in was a shit show, not crowded just inexperienced and unorganized. Had to be lead through side service door due to broken (actively being serviced) . I hoped for the price to get more. The rooms and beds are New York tiny. Very outdated

For partying in your 20’s ONLY”
If you like to keep it classy, go to Lowe’s or somewhere else. SLS is only for partying and descent location near the beach Cleanliness: 👎🏻 Our Room was not made/cleaned for 5 days despite putting the little sign on the door. Upon calling them, They said they’re not making up the rooms due to “covid” No one told us that ahead of time and you would think that they would at least drop off towels or sheets once in a while? NOPE. You have to call them or “wait in line” at the concierge desk. Get ready to be treated like a number - Get in line!

Room at this SLS is horrible it is a closet ”
Rooms at this SLS location best minimum no closet, tiny no room to put anything -floors and hallways are dirty and vacuum and other peoples’ dirty towels left outside your door. Very disappointing /disgusted

Only the name is good”
This is a worst hotel lve never stayed. Lazy staff and not helpful. Manager with attitude and rooms smell strong bleach. For this price l do not recommend this hotel

Terrible and expensive”
Avoid this hotel at all cost. Literally day light robbery with how expensive everything is for what you get in return. My room’s AC broke down twice in a day and they closed the pool that weekend for a private party but didn’t tell me during booking or before arrival.

Enjoyable”
Can’t say enough about the staff. They were great. They went on and above to make our stay enjoyable. They recommended a beautiful restaurant as well as the free car service that took us there. I stayed four nights with my two young adult girls. Both said they would stay there again and recommend to thier friends.
