Pro: 1). Convenient location to shops and restaurants in Collins Avenue vicinity 2). Walkable to Lincoln Road shopping area 3). 24 hours Walgreens in front of hotel 4). block to the beaches of South Beach 5). Big and safe parking structure in 23rd Street 6). Easy access to downtown Miami Cons: 1). Room wasn’t ready even though check-in time at 4pm is alrdy considered very late 2). Pool is very small

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying a few days at this hotel. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was nice and attentive, and we had no problems dealing with street noise (had a second floor balcony room facing the pool and street). Before we checked in to our room, we stopped at the pool bar and talked to Vanner. He was awesome and offers a lot of insight to people new to the area. A few things for new travelers coming to Miami or staying at this hotel: - Gratuity is included in your bill! (Thanks for telling us that Vanner) - When checking in to the hotel, keep money available for the temporary incidental and resort fees. They will be reimbursed but you will be surprised. - Several reviews mentioned the pool smell in the room and we also dealt with that. It wasn't awful and it went away or we got used to it - Be sure to use the free beach amenities! - Also be sure to try a Miami Vice, you didn't really go to Miami if you don't get one Overall, great experience. We will be coming back!

Not worth the $”
AC stopped working several times, our shower kept flooding the bathroom, the last day of our stay the hotel had NO water throughout for 10+ hours and the hotel neglected to send out an email informing us. Staff was alright, but obviously tired of the valid complaints we had and got a bit rude/short with us.

Beautiful beach area ”
If you want a location in Miami that’s affordable and super close to the beach, then this hotel is it. Small rooms, but we didn’t care, we enjoyed the beach that was just a 5 minute walk. Chairs were available at the beach complimentary, you do have to pay $15 for an umbrella though. They did not have any towels at the time we went to the beach either so that kind of sucked but overall we had a great time for the price.

I had book this hotel for one night and it was not a good experience the room was really small and the view was just constructions and when I ask them to change the room they said they didn’t have no more room which was a lie i ask for a refund the didn’t want to give Back my money the Hotel don’t look the same as show in the pictures the location is great but mostly everything else was a disaster

William and Harold had the BEST customer service I’ve ever received from a hotel and I’d just like to thank them first. The hotel is further than advertised from South beach/Ocean drive. No nearby restaurants. Hotel restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. Price was ok for what it was

Over priced hotel!”
This does not feel like a Hilton hotel. It's over priced for what it is. You also get charged an extra 25 dollars a day resort fee....for chairs and an umbrella at the beach which I never used the beach!!! 2 bottles of water and coffee in your room which is always offered for free wherever I have stayed!!! I think for the price you already pay these things should be included. They don't tell you about this extra charge until you are at the hotel.

We have been really disappointed in both out stays at miami double tree and orlando double tree. Such a late check in and early check out is ridiculous. Besides the room is still not ready at 4.30pm ! That s half a day already taken from us! You should also mention that there is extra fees everywhere. Stuff is so not willing to help at all. We have been waiting so long and not even offered some water! Parking charge for your customers is also not well appreciated by us.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel 5j. Les photos sont conformes. Chambre propre et nettoyée tous les jours. Une caution de 500$ est demandée ! des frais de 25$ tous les jours débités sur ma carte bleue ! Ils ne previennent pas de ces frais cachés qui sont pour l'accès à la piscine la Wi-Fi etc... pour un hôtel 3 étoiles c'est très cher ! L'emplacement est pas mal sur collins avenue, la plage à 5min à pieds, supermarchés à quelques pas. Parking à 42$ la journée ! vaut mieux se garer dehors celà revient moins cher à la journée. Les transates de la piscine degueulasse ! Le seul point positif c'est la literie. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel ! Excessivement cher !
