房間典雅，廁所很大，很乾淨，水流也強，熱水也快，離邁阿密海灘很近，步行大約五分鐘即可到達海邊，飯店這條街上特別熱鬧，很多逛的，轉角就是24小時的超市，便利！早餐也很好吃，自助式，只要入住都有附早餐，門口能夠曬太陽抽菸，有位置區休息，很不錯！下午三點後才能入住，太早到只能寄放行李，沒停車位，但街道旁可以停車，我是在miami ultra期間去的，我感覺找停車位還是很容易的，當時也是停在對面的路邊停車！前台親切，還有幫忙開門的服務生，感覺特別好！

A gem in a great location ”
What can I say, a fantastic hotel with lovely staff who go beyond what’s expected of them. Room was lovely, huge bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels available and chairs / beach towels free of charge. Jorge at the front desk is a star. When you exit the hotel turn left for a great breakfast at the first restaurant next door (20metres) Turn right and walk about 200/300 metres and you will see a few restaurants and bakeries all worth visiting. The two bakeries are on the opposite side of the road. Stay away from Ocean drive as it’s very expensive - 20% tip is added to very bill.

Excellent Hotel Ideally Located”
The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was spacious and pleasant and the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the Art Deco area and going to the beach for which the hotel provide towels and chairs.

Nice hotel, very beauty and big room, very good location, self served breakfast and excellent and kindfull attention. With tables and chairs in a balcony to the street were you can eat or drink a beer with a good view.

Hotel boutique is gorgeous, location is amazing and just 1 bkock away from the beach, next to so many places to drink, eat , buy etc. Staff really friendly and attentive! Room is really pretty. I would recommend and I would stay there is a future for sure!!

We got a great deal for the one night stay during an extremely busy time of the year ... Spring Break. It happens to be our Anniversary so we just went with it and realized hotels were booked and full. This hotel was quaint, small (as many other reviewers mention) .. but customer service is excellent and as per the staff, Europeans frequent this hotel more than anyone else (pre covid) but these days we found it was geared towards people who were about 20-30 ish. There's a nice seating area outside, facing the everyday street traffic. Cool front lobby, very different than a typical hotel so definitely if you like "different" you will probably appreciate this set up and the room styles/design. The staff explained that they try to keep the integrity of the hotel as close to what it was back in the day, when they first opened. There was absolutely no breakfast given, which was a disappointment. A simple grab bag would have been a nice touch. Otherwise, we were happy to stay there.

Good value hotel”
Not the most elegant hotel but it does have its charms. It was a little loud with road noise especially on the weekends when the party mafia is out on the streets till 2am. Room was clean and room fixtures were in good condition. Bed was comfortable. No blackout curtains though. Breakfast was not included due to Covid. Only coffee. Close to the beach though.

A rather tired hotel in good location in Miami Beach ”
Stayed there for 2 nights with my husband. We asked for a quiet room and we’re given one behind the reception, so we heard every conversation had there for 2 days. The air conditioning was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other, the staff member agreed and proceeded to change it on the second day. Despite the hassle we didn’t see any difference.

Looks good only in pictures and reviews. Booked reading those reviews but my first reaction after seeing the hotel was “Oh, no” And I was hoping at least rooms will be good but that was also not good. Bathroom is very small and it’s door was also not working properly. No proper mirror and tables. No parking available as mentioned. On top of that the person on reception was very rude. Checked-in time is 3 but we checked-in in the night around 8-9 PM and most of the time we were out only, but if you are late for 5-10 min also while checking out he will be standing at your door and asking it’s getting late and will be walking there until you check out without proper packing. Only good thing about this hotel that one person was at main door he was very polite and helpful person. Overall we had worst experience of our hotel stays and it spoiled our mood and trip.

This little hotel in a prime location has a big heart. The staff are great and quite knowledgeable and very helpful. With a good breakfast and plenty coffee what's not to love. If I have one criticism, it's the bare flooring. Looking forward to booking for next year.

Shepley Hotel is the best!”
From the moment we arrived Gabby took great care of us. She arranged for us to check in early and partake of an excellent continental breakfast. Our room was clean and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. And all the other staff including the valet went above and beyond. They have a great front porch to sit and enjoy delicious coffee. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Miami. It’s convenient and located in Miami Beach.
