Perfect stay”
The hotel was very near to the beach. It is clean and facilities are very considerate. there is microwave machine at the lobby and there is eating areas. the building is structured in such a way that it is very cool when you just enter it. Loved the vintage feeling and simple but thoughtful designs. super convenient and value for the money.

Great Location but sandy”
Great Location. Just 3 minute walk to the beach - south beach, Miami. It is 3 minute walk to CVS and 5 minute walk to Ocean Deli an affordable food place. Very near to Collins Ave and 10 minute walk to Lincoln Rd. Room is maintained but it is still sandy so I guess they don't sweep the floors and just replace the sheets, towels etc. Good service as they gave me a receipt on my request. Deposit is also returned after a day. Not the fanciest room but sufficient for a beach trip.

Great if looking for a place to crash with a great location. 15 min walk to south beach while avoiding most of the traffic. Hotel services are limited but some basics such as beach and lounge chair access are covered. No on-site parking is a downside and the nearby options are both expensive and inconvenient.

Some things are broken, the rooftop bar close too soon”
We had a pretty night stay here, the staffs are good but we had to call the front desk over and over again in the morning to ask something. Don’t forget to check the room you get, because things are broken: the window can’t close, the shower leaks, bathroom door can’t close. Thankfully we only stay for 1 night and it’s not a big deal for us. Sadly the rooftop closed too soon at 7/8pm when we wanted to chill there after a long walk.

Great location, good value for the area, very close to the beach. Th3 rooftop bar looked very nice, albeit closed for a private party. The staff were very nice, and helpful. It’s an old building, and simple amenities, but very comfortable for a night or two. The bed was also very comfortable.

Do not stay here on the weekends unless it’s a bachelor party or bachelorette party”
We stayed here on a Saturday night. And, it was a completely terrible experience. We did not sleep at all because the hotel had a DJ playing loud, throbbing music until 3am. We asked to be placed in a room far from the music, but the request was not granted. The man checking us in knew that it was going to be a loud room directly below the DJ, and he had no choice but to place us in the room. The night staff was very helpful. Patrick was very accommodating. Even though his hands were tied, he tried to make the best of a bad situation. He offered to make us night time tea to help us sleep. He was very understanding and very helpful.

Went downhill quickly”
I stayed at the hotel before COVID and it was amazing! The rooftop, free drinks, clean, better breakfast. But after, it went downhill. The hallways carpets so disgusting and stained as if they’ve never been vacuumed. There’s no more nighttime roof access and there’s so many staff who just sit around and don’t do anything sad to see how much worse it got

On this hotel is very outdated, with green stained carpet sliding the hallways, and the smell of weed from eating in the air. The room itself was small but clean, and in a decent location. I wouldn’t say here again, but think that people traveling on a budget would be OK with it.

Don’t do it ”
We checked in, they were aware there was NO A/C but didn’t tell us up front. It was 80 in the room. No amenities. Close walk to beach, but the halls are dirty and the room feels like a concrete jail house.
