Resort fees...”
Warning: on top of the price paid they will charge you "Resort fees" 60$ per night, which are not stated clearly when Booking. The price looks good at first, but when you add those fees it's not such a good deal. Fees should be included when booking as it is clearly indicated included: taxes and fees. Adding fees in a small print is not correct business practices. Such a shame as the location is great and the hotel is actually nice....

The ad said free breakfast new boutique style. Didn’t see that. The rooms were clean but old. No breakfast. Staff was wonderful.

You get what you pay for. ”
Cute common spaces, great location. Check in process took a long time considering everything was pre paid and we were the only ones checking in at that time. Sixty dollar resort fee is steep for internet access, they don’t offer much besides that. We did not get the room we booked, the floor was sticky and only one side of the room had electricity connected to the outlets. It is a place to sleep, nothing more.

No one told us about the $60 / night "resort fee"”
What a ridiculous fee. The price was fine until you added that on there. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel with much better amenities for that price. We were checking in and they hit me with the "resort fee." They should have been up front about the resort fee upon booking, not when you are standing there trying to check in. I was there for one night....what choice did I have but to pay it. It included wifi (big deal) and beach access. Uh, the beach is two blocks away, AND IS A PUBLIC BEACH!!!!!

el hotel es comodo y confortable. contrate por un precio por esta pagina y al llegar me pidio usd 100 deposito y usd 60 por otros cargos, que seria devuelto todo al final. al momento de la salida, solo nos devolvieron usd 100 del deposito y resulta que los usd 60 no nos devolvieron por ser impuestos del hotel. segun era por el servicio de playa y el agua de cortesia ¿¿??. sumda la mala voluntad de las recepcionistas.... no volvemos masss
