From start to finish Zoetry is a beautiful small quiet oasis. 49 rooms, amazing food, top not h 24 hr rokm service, confy beds, open rain shower & soaking tub. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. 5 mins from Mobay airport, it diesnt get much better. Its not RIU so dont expect lights camera & action but if you like romantic intimate sultry & exquisite things this is your place. Zoetry will not disappoint. My husbsnd & I will be back. Big up to Sashauna (checkin) & Kyle (bellhop) thanks fir your exceptiknal hospitality & charm :-)

Location is amazing”
But much of the rest of the options need improvement. The food was sub par and we had to counsel with the chef to be able to eat on property. The room was nice but the any problem was disgusting. The property is very small which is a plus but the staff was very slow and not attentive at all. I was constantly looking for someone to help me. Took way too long to get food when we wanted It. However, the jerk hit was amazing! The gym was not ventilated and we had to do our strength workout outside. The spa was really good, but as usual overpriced. It is 5 minutes from the airport which is a plus.

We travelled to Jamaica to vacation and celebrate my birthday and everything about Zoetry was perfect - from the property to the staff. The property is small but it's intimate and beautiful. We had access to their sister properties - Secrets and Breathless which are fairly larger. However we appreciated the size of Zoetry because not only of how personable it made our stay, where each member of the staff knew us and accommodated us perfectly, but also how quiet and zen the atmosphere was. The room was the perfect size for us with the soaking tub and shower inside and the large balcony overlooking the pool area and the ocean. It was a wonderful view to wake up to each morning complimented with the daily complimentary bottle of champagne. The property was extremely clean and there are measures in place to protect their guest against COVID. Each member of their stay was extremely pleasant and always helpful. Thank you so much Arleen, Kyle, Carl, Natalie, Terry-Ann, and the front desk ladies! I can go on and on about our experience. I honestly can't wait to go back to Montego Bay because this is exactly where we will be staying again!

It’s very secluded. Very boring. Not a large menu. You will share the pool with the people beside you. The bar has very minimal liquor and the bottom of the bottom

Good, could be better”
I spent three days and two nights at the Zoetry. We arrived and our room wasn't ready so they offered to move us the sister property. We declined in order to stay at this boutique smaller property instead. Resort is VERY small and VERY quiet. Perfect for a few restful nights - not ideal for a longer stay or if you are looking for entertainment of any type. We had a room with swim up pool and balcony. PROS Our room was steps from the beach and the property is absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Beach is small and private. Food is good, not great - but staff are happy to accommodate special requests. Jerk hut was delicious. CONS too close to the main road, can sometimes hear traffic or horns close to the airport means hearing planes come and go This property has amazing potential, it would take very little to take this from a 4 to a 5. Small details would elevate the experience.

Our ocean view suite was actually more a pool view with the ocean just visible past that. The suite itself was very good. We never saw our butler once in the four days we were there. Generally all the staff were great. It would be nice to have Red Stripe in bottles instead of cans. Snorkelling on the reef just off the hotel was excellent but between the beach and the reef wasn't any good at all for swimming due to algae and jellyfish.

We received a nice welcoming and the suite was ok with a glimpse of the ocean. There was a major issue with the Wifi firewall, blocking harmless sites such as chess.com. I was told the problem might be fixed on the next day., after out checkout. Seriously? The breakfast was a mere joke, where you’ll have to order from a limited menu, there was no buffet at all, not even selection of breads. The beach is terrible. This hotel is ok but not maintaining a 5-star quality level.
