District One , next to park ”
Ive been to Ho chi Minh city a few times , so was looking for something close to September 23 Cong Vien 23 Thang 9 , using google maps I walked past this place a few times eventually finding it tucked up a little dead end alleyway / soi / lane . Staff were waiting for me , this has to be the best place ive found in my budget for ho chi min / Saigon , its is run more like a home rather than Hotel , although not easy to find , its great location close to park . the rooms have a mezzanine deck witch utilises the space more efficiently , there is a self laundry on top floor and also a relaxing rooftop balcony area . staff don't stay 24 hours so if you are checking out early then they are happy to arrange this . I enjoyed my stay here although it was only one night , but I will certainly be back next time I am in HCM. staff were so friendly as well , should you need anything . I recomend a light jog / exercise in the park with the locals in the morning .

Fantastic!!!”
We have had a great experience last weekend. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's an interesting place in a very central location in District 1. The room is not small as I thought, it's very clean and comfortable, except there were some dead electrical outlets. The staffs were friendly. Breakfast is not so good but acceptable. I think this is a wise choice in this price level. It's hard to find a good place like this in Ho Chi Minh with only about $35 per night!

Zoolut stay”
Both the zoolut stay places on Le thanh ton offer well kitted out rooms in a great location. Very reasonably priced by HCMC standards, and although breakfast is basic, and the rooms can't keep out the roar of the city, they are a great base for exploring. Our room in zoolut 271 had a water dispenser, which after several weeks in Asia was an absolute godsend...it would be amazing if more places did this to curb the insane number of plastic bottles around.

Excellent Stay”
It is within walking distance to Ben Tanh Market, and also to many tour agencies around the area. Do visit and ask around to get the best price! For reference my day tour to Mekong Delta costed 250k dong and Cu Chi Tunnel costed 270k dong (inclusive of the 110k dong entrance fee), but it can be lower if you asked around more. I was advised by a local that I met to go for Trippy Tours but the downside is the website is all in VIetnamese, though you can consider seeking help of the friendly staff at Zoolut. Because of the tours I had to wake up early and asked to prepare takeaway of my breakfast, to which the staff happily complied. Also, I accidentally dunked my phone into water on the arrival day, but luckily when I reached Zoolut manager Jose was there and they helped me attempt to save the phone by burying it into rice bin. So I had a great stay at Zoolut and will come back again if I do visit HCM again! :D

My first time in ho chi minh city and absolutely loved the hospitality of the hotel and staffs. Originally, booked standard twin room but got upgraded to city view doubleroom which loved so much. Big window and natural light. Staffs are very helpful and kind. Bathroom with bath tub. Spacious for two people. Drinking water tank attached with fridge. Absolutely will stay here again. Walking distance and Very near to muslim shopping area andrestaurant. Plus closed to ben thanh market. Thumb up!

Nice , Friendly and Cozy place to stay”
We booked 3 night stays at zoolut 271 and they upgraded the room for us when we mentioned about our honeymoon trip to HCMC. Thanks to the staff for the decoration and arrangement. All the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. They have good understanding of english too. We had problem with the wifi connection in room and they immediately offer us the portable wifi as they try to solve the problem for us. Special shoutout for NANCY, she and the team helped us a lot during our stay at the hotel. Thanks for the warm hospitality and definitely will recommend to my friends when they are visiting HCMC Sean

Very good for the price”
A great location just a block from the market and in the middle of everything. The room was clean and bright and was above what I expected fir the price. Though quite small, there was a closet and safe. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Zoolut Stay 271.

Best deal in Saigon”
The five-month-old Zoolut 271 was a pleasant discovery for me. Location is perfect, about 5 mins walk to Ben Thanh market and plenty of nice restaurants around the area including "Street Food Market" along Thu Khoa Huan which opens till 11pm. The reception area is small but cosy, resembling a cafe. Included breakfast is good. The staff may appear a tad aloof at first but that's because they are not that conversant in English. But once you break the ice, they are all smiles. I wanted to send a parcel by post and the young lady even helped me to find a box to keep my stuff. Room is clean and has that designer touch. The owner paid a lot of attention to details -- inside the room are two pairs of slippers (his & hers), a water dispenser (saves you the trouble of buying water from the convenience store downstairs), a security safe, free wifi etc. For less than US$30, I am not sure you can find a better deal in Saigon.

Great service, value and location”
Booked Zoolut 271 for a 2 nights trip with my mom. The hotel staffs speak decent English. The price is right. The room is well lit, bright and very clean. Tge included breakfast is delicious both Western and Vietnamese items. Easy to book tour through the hotel or go next door to a travel agent. Convenient store is also right next door. Ben Tahn market is a block away. Great stay for the price!

Great place, cheap and clean for the price. Friendly staff, and breakfast was good too. But Wifi was broken when I was there. Other than that, great place, maybe it's possible to find a better place for the price, but Zoolut Stay 271 is a solid choice

I absolutely love the way the room is decorated with the combination of orange and white. The furniture is very modern and makes visitors feel comfy as their own rooms. Modern Hotel”
We stayed at Zoolut Stay 271 for 5 nights in August. We had a pleasent stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean although the first room we got had a very strong odor in the bathroom. After a day we asked if something could be done and they moved us to a better room which was nice. Rooms were clean and recently renovated with good AC. Breakfast was great as we would usually have the Pho soup and the vietnamese iced coffee which was sooo good! It is nicely located near enough to walk to good restaurants and the night markets. I would recommend staying here!

Generally the hotel services is very satisfying, safe and secured. They have friendly staff and supervisor even in graveyard shift. Cleanliness is ok, it just smelled cigarette (smoke detector was covered), might be done by the previous user. I would recommend to put some humidifier to the room/s to remove cigarette smoke and smell. Nevertheless, the location is very strategic, can easily access to our planned lists and definitely I will still highly recommend the hotel to my friends and will also stay again when I travel back Ho Chi Minh.

Good but not great like before”
Zoolut Stay still has a reasonable price for a hotel in District 1. But after a few years running, there’s a lot of things need to be maintained. Blankets are getting old so they’ll need to be replaced. Other things like shower door, especially elevator and kitchen which can be seen easily from the entrance must be cleaned. Hope next time will be better.

Awesome location from Ben Thanh Market and Nguyen Ah Ninh (Malaysia Street). The convenience store is just beside the hotel so you can grab late night snacks while sitting at the porch outside the hotel. A very homely feel as you stare out at the streets. Hotel room is clean and has the basic necessities except for a hot water kettle. Fret not as you can request hot water from the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful to attend to our queries. Good location, Helpful staff, clean hotel”
The location is very near ben thanh market. It’s also beside a convenience store with an atm machine and a travel agency that can book tours for you. It’s surrounded by coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was nice with a view of the street. We had a bathtub as well. The aircon was cold and there was hot water in the shower. We just didn’t have a fridge and the elevator was a little slow. The staff were very very helpful and nice. They should get a raise! They helped us when we had problems with the data plan for our sim. Will definitely book this hotel again. Thank you Zoolut Stay!

6 star staff”
It's a brand new hotel and showed up exactly like what photo presented. There is a free flow water for us to refill in the room. Vietnam is a hot country, Keep Calm and drink more water. The staff there was very informative, especially Jason & Hana, they both just superb helpful and friendly, 6 star staff. Most of the staff can speak well English, no problem in communication. Great WiFi as every floor have their own router, hence no problem to access internet no matter in room or lobby. Definitely will be our choice if visiting Ho Chi Min again.

I wanted to Zoolut 5 star because their rooms are fantastic and modern the staff are great and the breakfast was good. I do feel when we are away that WiFi is very important we choose hotels for their WiFi but when I stayed at the Zoolut the WiFi stopped working every day fix the WiFi and you are 5 star

Budget Average Hotel with Good Location and Low Expectations”
- Hotel is just less than 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market, 7-8 minutes walk to Galaxy Nguyen Du, less than 15 minutes walk to Saigon Square. - Downstairs have Cafe and Kmart next door. - Opposite have Vinasun Taxi available. - 100% Friendly staff who speaks good English. - Superb Breakfast taste - 2-3 Minutes walk to Com Tam Cali, Pho 2000 (new outlet). - Rooms are spacious and Aircon is very powerful. - No LIVE Soccer matches (EPL / Champions League) - Opened in 2016, so do expect it is not the same as photos. - No gym as stated in Agoda. - No laundry service. - TV channels more catered for Locals with some English channels (e.g: HBO, AXN and Fox Movies) - Not much sound proof from noise outside. Overall, Zoolut is not a bad hotel if you do not have high expectations. With this price, do not expect palace. A normal day to day holiday stay is good enough as you only stay in room when you are about to sleep. I will stay Zoolut again in my next visit.
