Our Favorite Hotel in Iloilo City”
We were supposed to checked in on October 27, 2022 but we got stranded in Manila because of Typhoon Paeng. I called the hotel and the staff (especially Mam Daphne) were so kind and understanding and rescheduled our stay. The location is so convenient being next to SM City and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all so nice, helpful and accommodating, the rooms are clean and spacious, the infinity pool has the best views of the city especially at night, the breakfast buffet is excellent with so many choices to fill your hunger. The price is so affordable. Definitely one of the best hotels in Iloilo City and we will surely come back next vacation.

The location is great especially when you want to stay in Mandurriao area. Its close by to a lot of establishments. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is also great though they accept outside guest so expect dining with a lot of people. It gets quite rowdy and noisy so better eat early or get room service if you prefer a more relaxed setting.

It was our first time staying in a hotel in Iloilo but it was the best hotel experience we’ve had so far. First of all, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Whatever request we had, they’d act upon it immediately as long as it was within their bounds. The food they serve was remarkable! Everything was cooked to perfection. We couldn’t ask for more. The amenities were great. The hotel had a gym, pool, and bar on the rooftop that you could sink hours in. The hotel location was also convenient; being close to SM City and a ride away from Festive Walk. Staying in Zuri Hotel made our stay in Iloilo comfortable and memorable.

Highly recommended for a staycation”
Requested 1 week beforehand for a King Bed but upon check-in, they said they can only provide 2 double beds. I insisted that they should hold that reservation. But after some time, the supervisor came to me and gave us an upgraded room! Yey! - Excellent customer service from all the front desk, bellhops, restaurant and the pool/bar staff - Wide and spacious lobby - Adequate parking spaces - Varied food options on the buffet breakfast. Beats other hotels in the city to be honest. - Beautiful pool and they even have a hot tub! - Not stingy on the pool towels My only complaint is that they have only 1 shower room for the pool users. But still, I rate this hotel 5/5

Exceptional”
Everything at the hotel was superb (location-Walking distance to SM, staff, service, food-Especially their breakfast buffet! )We loved and enjoyed our stay here. The only downside was the noise coming from the outside since there's a bar near the hotel and a BBQ place in front of the hotel that blasts loud songs until 4 am. We were not sure if it's only because of Dinagyang Festival or it's a day-to-day occurrence.

Great Hotel and room was clean and comfy. Aircon was cold. haha! Location was great. Just along the road and walking distance to SM City Iloilo. The Buffet breakfast was perfect. Recommended! :)

Zuri hotel just continues to prove why it deserves its premier title. The accommodation is so clean, functional, and truly relaxing. The staff are very courteous and approachable which makes our stay even more welcoming. The facilities are excellent: complete and provides just the right amount of peaceful leisure. The food? I don’t know what to say. The best of the best. Tastes so good and delicious! I highly recommend this place. 7 stars all around!

Superb service! It is newly built when we stayed here. Everything is good - location, service, hotel itself. We love the lobby, elegant. We arrived here around 7-8am and the staffs accommodated us for very early check-in because we just came from our flight in Manila. We wish we could stay here for more days, definitely next time. It is also next to SM, if I remember it correctly and then very accessible to everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel! Very recommended!! Thank you for the experience!

Good location, malapit sa lahat. Masarap ang breakfast. Mababait mga staff. Malinis. Maganda ang facilities. Need to improve the internet connections. During our stay, during my son’s online class we reconnect every 30 mins, it is too hassle. No issue other than that. Still we enjoy our stay.

Super Early Check In Granted!”
The Front Desk staffs were very accommodating and generous to allow us for a 6AM super early check in (since we took the first flight going to Iloilo which was 5am 😅). Will never forget how amazing they were, the rooms were superb in all aspects, the pool and pool bar as well was very chic and cool (i love their frozen margarita! 😍) will definitely be back here!!!

Our group of 7 stayed in Zuri Hotel for 3 nights. We had a great time: the staff were very attentive, the rooms clean and comfortable, the location very convenient and the breakfast was varied. The staff are very honest , I left all my jewelry by accident and when we came back at night our room was clean and organized. We did not even ask for cleaning. We highly recommend this hotel. It’s also walking distance to SM mall and there is a PAL office beside the hotel.
